许多供应商不允许用户访问其信箱与传统的电子邮件客户端（电子邮件，人生观， eudora ...).对于很多用户唯一的接入方式，是网络邮件界面peraphs是不灵活和高效率不够的。恢复传统的pop3获得该项目freepop开始在sourceforge.net

Many providers don’t allow users to access their mailboxes with traditional email client (Mail, Entourage, Eudora, Thunderbird…). For thoose users the only access method is the web-mail interface that peraphs is not flexible and efficient enough.

With MacFreePOPs you can restore the traditional POP3 access and download your email into you preferred client.
